Readings can be done by video (via Skype, Zoom, FaceTime, Hangouts, etc.), over the phone (on my dime, if that’s a worry), or in person (if we’re in the same geographic area). I take payment in the form of cash or plastic, either in advance (for online readings) or at the time of the reading (in person). I process payments through Square, so you’ll get a receipt via email (if you want a paper receipt, I can make that happen, too, it will just take a couple days to process).
Once you let me know you want a reading – by purchasing online, sending me an email, or messaging me on social media (or texting me if you have my number) – I’ll contact you to schedule. Through that process, I’ll tell you anything you need to do to prepare (including testing out the technology, if we’re working with video), and gather any information I need, as well (like birth date, time, and location for a natal chart). This is a great time to ask any questions you have.
After every reading, I’ll email you my notes for your reference (if you tell me you want them; I won’t bother unless you’re actually interested). This will include a chart or a snapshot of your card spread, if applicable. (Yes, this means I will need your email address, unless you don’t want the notes. No, it doesn’t mean I’ll add you to a mailing list. Yes, the email will actually come from me personally, from my personal email address. No, this doesn’t mean I want to be added to your mailing list.)
